At Reese, every piece is individually handcrafted from natural leather — no two items are ever exactly alike. Each product reflects hours of artisanal work, precision, and care.
Because of this handcrafted nature, we offer a 1-day return and exchange policy.

This means you have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.



Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition, unused and unworn

Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Supported with the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 1 day of receiving your order.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the designated return address.

Please note: items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.



Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every Reese piece.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 1 day so we can resolve the issue promptly and send a replacement if applicable.



Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our work, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made pieces (e.g., engraved or embossed items)

Sale or discounted products

Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please begin by requesting a return.
Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.



Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
